Abstract
We report a case of primary cerebral dural lymphoma. A 31-year-old man complained of a slowly growing, nontender palpable mass on the left frontal region. Brain computed tomography(CT) showed a large and hyperdense mass with the base on the dura in the left frontal convexity. Left frontal craniectomy and gross total removal followed by cranioplasty were performed. The histological diagnosis was non-Hodgkin¡¯s lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell type. Postoperative evaluation with abdominal sonography, neck-chest-abdominopelvic CT, bone marrow biopsy, radioisotope scintigraphy, and cerebrospinal fluid study were negative. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy were done and no signs of recurrence or
systemic disease were observed during 25 months follow-up period.
